Mr. Pascua finished his Bachelor of Arts degree in Consular and Dipolomatic Affairs from the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the Far Eastern University.
Mr. Pascua was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2012. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (City of Manila).
