Prior to joining the firm as a Junior Partner, she served as a public prosecutor. Ms. Distor-Guinigundo has extensive experience in all fields of litigation and has handled cases in all levels of the judiciary, including the first and second-level courts, the Sandiganbayan, and the Supreme Court. She has likewise appeared before administrative and quasi-judicial agencies.

Ms. Distor-Guinigundo’s practice also includes estate planning, and general corporate law. She renders regulatory and transactions advice, advisory assistance, and drafting, execution, and review of legal documents. She also has experience in handling taxation matters and intellectual property related actions. She is also a member of the International Technology (ITech) Law Association.

Ms. Distor-Guinigundo was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017. She successfully completed the 47th Philippine Prejudicature Program with a GWA of 85.47% and attended the summer courses on Public International Law at  The Hague Academy of International Law. She is a member of the faculty of Philippine Law School as well as the Ethics Committee of the Philippine Football Federation.

Ms. Distor-Guinigundo is currently finishing her Master of Laws at the Ateneo Law School.
