Atty. Katrin Jessica Distor-Guinigundo is a junior partner at Calleja Law. Prior to joining the firm as Junior Partner, she served as a public prosecutor in the country’s largest city.

Atty. Distor-Guinigundo’s practice focuses on all fields of litigation, having handled cases in all levels of the judiciary, including the first and second-level courts, the Sandiganbayan, and the Supreme Court. She has likewise appeared before administrative and quasi-judicial agencies. Atty. Distor-Guinigundo’s practice also includes taxation, intellectual property law, estate planning and general corporate law. She renders regulatory and transactions advice, advisory assistance, and drafting, execution, and review of legal documents.

Atty. Distor-Guinigundo also specializes in technology law. She has extensive experience in contract review, due diligence, and advising clients with regard to data protection and cybercrime issues. She is a member of the International Technology (ITech) Law Association and has represented the firm in ITech conferences all around the world.

Atty. Distor-Guinigundo was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017. She successfully completed the 47th Philippine Prejudicature Program, a program for prospective members of the bench, with a GWA of 85.47%. She attended the summer courses on Public International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law. She is a member of the faculty of Philippine Law School as well as the Ethics Committee of the Philippine Football Federation.

Ms. Distor-Guinigundo is currently finishing her Master of Laws at the Ateneo Law School.
